Allan has been a Stylist for over 28 years and has a passion for making people feel confident and beautiful through their hair.

He is highly skilled in all cutting and colouring techniques and stay’s up-to-date with current hair trends through continuing education and experimentation. His exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to listen and communicate clearly ensure that each client’s needs are met with care and precision.

Aileen has been hairdressing for almost 30 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She has worked in London and Dubai, and is a Wella Master Colour expert. Her special skills of colour and precision cutting means you are always in good hands. Aileen has a very friendly,  professional manner and can help you achieve your hair goals. 

Erin is a talented and dedicated hairstylist with a passion for colouring and styling, bringing creativity to every client she works with. Erin has worked at Caldow Collective since 2021 and started training when she was 15. She specialises in personalised colour transformations and bespoke styling, ensuring each client leaves feeling confident and refreshed.
